Kevin Bailey Team (eXp Realty) wants everyone to be able to use our websites, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What We Check
We test every page with automated checks and by hand, at desktop and phone sizes: that every part works with a keyboard, that the focus is always visible, that text has enough contrast, that images have text alternatives, that form fields are labeled and their errors are announced, and that motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
Maps and Video
Our maps of sold homes and service areas work with a keyboard, and what they show is also written out on the same page. The moving pictures at the top of our home pages are decorative and have no sound; every word they show is also on the page as text.
Content from Others
A few parts come from other companies: the spam check on our forms (Cloudflare) and the video player in some blog posts (YouTube). We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't control their content.
