Kevin Bailey and team is currently a top producer within eXp Realty Virginia & DC. Having sold more than 1,500 REO properties with multiple banks including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and One West. Prior to forming his own team, Kevin managed the largest real estate team within Keller Williams Realty with a major focus on REO sales and 600+ transactions in 2010 alone.

As buyer representatives, we have branched out and aligned ourselves with ready, willing, and able buyers in the local market along with investors able to move REO listings quickly.

Team Approach

We are a top performing real estate sales team that knows REO. Team lead handles communication with clients and oversees all listing activities needed. The administrative support staff handles all the contract workflow from accounts receivable to verifying billing through HOA’s and utilities.

Kevin Bailey and team maintain strict deadlines that allow us to conduct occupancy checks within 12 hours, BPO’s in 48 hours, and do weekly inspections to verify condition and maintenance on each property. We also rely heavily on the large, pre-selected team of contractors within our network who can respond within hours to any emergencies that can come up.
